DreamCapture Media was on hand for the 5 straight year to film the 2009 Miss Clark County Scholarship Pageant. The event this year took place at Fort Vancouver High School in Vancouver, Washington. Angie Lewis took home the crown for 2009 Miss Clark County while Raeanne Edwards was given the title of Miss Clark County Outstanding Teen 2009. Saturday, March 21, 2009
